Orders placed between 7 PM and 8 PM are attempted the same evening and confirmed for next-morning delivery at the latest.
Yes. Up to 18% off on MRP is automatically applied to every medicine and baby care order — no coupon codes, no loyalty points, no minimum purchase threshold. The discount is applied at the time of billing on every order without you having to ask.
No. There is no minimum order value for medicines or baby care products. Delivery is free on orders above ₹500. A nominal delivery charge applies below ₹500. For medical equipment, transportation and installation fees are calculated based on your location and are shared transparently on WhatsApp before you confirm.
No security deposit is required for any rental equipment — hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, BiPAP and CPAP machines, patient monitors, suction machines, DVT pumps, and wheelchairs. Oxygen cylinders are the only exception, as they are high-pressure metal vessels. You also pay only after our technicians have delivered, installed, and demonstrated the equipment at your home — not before.
Yes. All medicines and baby care products are sourced directly from manufacturer-authorized distributors. A licensed pharmacist verifies every prescription order before dispatch. We guarantee a minimum 6-month shelf life on all medicines and products dispatched, and every order arrives in sealed, tamper-proof packaging.
Yes. Faster Pharmacy is a fully licensed retail pharmacy registered with the Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA), physically located in Thane (Drug Licence: MH-TZ1-586401 and MH-TZ1-586402).
